hitting a brick wall in terms of meal prep. I know I should be eating better but I just have no energy to prepare anything but the quickest meals requiring 3-4 ingredients at most. feels like my weekly grocery bill has already almost tripled in cost over the last six months and yet I feel like I'm buying exactly the same stuff as before. paying more to buy more ingredients to make more complex recipes I don't have the energy for is a real tough sell right now

maybe I should make another batch of kombucha, that might make me feel better

note to self: get HTTPS running on the personal site and on the podcast site in the next week. it's long overdue.
